The decision to become a single mother is not something to be taken lightly. Despite having thought about it a lot (but not too much), now that my son is here with me I can tell you that I could not even imagine what an adventure motherhood is!
When I decided that I wanted to do it, I started by consulting my gynecologist and looking for the ideal clinic on the Internet. I gathered information from many centers, I read and took into account many opinions. Finally I found iGin.
What I saw on their website convinced me immediately. The reviews were all positive, the data and results encouraging, so I contacted the clinic to start my artificial insemination treatment with a donor. Needless to say, all the good things I had read about the centre were confirmed and strengthened after the first information we exchanged by email. And even more so after the first consultation via video call. I found a very friendly and well-trained staff who were able to reassure me even when here in Italy everything seemed to be going wrong (my gynaecologist was on sick leave, the clinics I turned to here did not give me the results on time…).
At iGin they guided me step by step, and even though they did it from a distance, I felt them very close to my heart in the most important moments. I followed their advice to the letter, encouraged also by other girls I met on the internet who had been patients before. Everything went perfectly.
It’s true: despite my low chances of success, I managed to get pregnant on the first try. But of course, the technical skill applied by the doctors at iGin is unmatched. I don’t have a yardstick, but my satisfaction is 100% and that’s all for me.
I am now raising my son and although it is sometimes difficult, very difficult, I am starting to think about giving him a little brother or sister. I don’t know if this will happen because I will meet the man of my life or if I will eventually decide to have him as a single mother again. But I am very sure that if that were the case I would trust iGin again.
