«In an experience like assisted reproduction, so intimate that it makes us question ourselves deeply, I want to thank the iGin team for their professionalism, seriousness, perseverance and the human qualities that characterize them.
The medical and care team always answered my questions, my doubts and my fears, supporting me with their usual closeness and affection. They followed up on my case constantly and I always felt supported, something very important when you go through these «atypical» paths. I really appreciate that, being a patient from abroad, there was always someone who answered me and attended my calls even when I was far from Bilbao.
Today I am happy. I am the mother of a little girl who was born last August. This happiness is undoubtedly due to the support of the iGin team. I am sure that all future mothers who put themselves in their hands will also feel this way.
